Four disciplines, one engineer surveyor per site visit wherever the schedule allows.
Cranes, hoists, MEWPs, forklift trucks, slings and accessories. Thorough examination and, where required, load testing.
Air receivers, steam plant, autoclaves and compressors, examined against your written scheme.
Local exhaust ventilation testing, airflow measurement and commissioning records for welding, woodworking and lab plant.
Fixed wire testing, condition reports on distribution boards, and portable appliance testing on the same visit.
The intervals below are the statutory maximums. Duty holders may need shorter intervals where a written scheme, manufacturer's instruction or risk assessment says so.
